Scenario

Our Client a major Telecoms business hired a new Group Chief Customer Officer (CCO), to work with the business unit CEOs and Managing Directors to deliver customer centric transformation. After onboarding, the Group CCO sought to build a centre of excellence (CofE).

Client Brief

To build a talent pipeline of qualified external prospects ready for a new CofE, accountable for the architecture, design and delivery of all E2E customer experience.
Our client sought to begin the process in readiness for the incoming Director, who was serving a six-month notice period.

Solution

An accurate map of the market was developed across both Industry and Consulting. After extensive pre-screening, we identified a choice of well qualified attractable candidates and presented to the Group CCO.

Result
